Shipping
What is the typical shipping timeline for in-stock and pre-ordered items?
In-stock items usually ship within 1-3 business days, while B17 in-stock items typically ship within 2-3 weeks via LTL freight.
Pre-ordered items will be shipped within their specified delivery window.
How are mixed orders (in-stock and pre-ordered items) processed for shipping?
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, the system will default to unified shipping based on the latest delivery time of the pre-ordered items.
For separate shipments, please contact customer service within 12 hours of placing your order.
What is your shipping coverage and restrictions?
Delivery is available within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii) and Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to special regions like military bases.
How can I track my order?

Orders
Can I change my order information (e.g., address/color/model)?
Yes, you can change order information by contacting customer service within 12 hours of placing your order. Changes requested after this timeframe may not be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
You can apply to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. Cancellations require customer service confirmation and manual review. Orders exceeding the 12-hour window cannot be directly canceled.

What is the warranty period for Major Fitness products?
We provide a 365-day free warranty from the date of receipt for all products sold on majorfitness.com.
What is your return policy?
You can apply for a no-reason return within 35 days from the date of receipt, provided products are in original, resalable condition. For defective products or seller's fault, you may also apply for a return within 35 days. For more detailed information, please refer to our After-Sales Regulations.
