What are the main differences between the Pro and Standard versions?

The Pro version features heavier 12-guage steel in the front uprights. It also has more holes for the attachments and cable trolley. The pulleys are also second generation aluminum pulleys. The included j-hook, safety arm, and dip bars have 5mm plastic liners and safety pins. For a full list of the in depth feature enhancements be sure to read the feature list included on the product pages.

How many packages are there in total for F22 Pro?

Our F22 Pro comes in seven packages for the rack itself and four packages for the weight stacks. Due to differences in weight and size, they may not be delivered simultaneously during shipping.

What is the cable pulley ratio?

The F22 Pro features a 2:1 cable pulley ratio. When you place a 50-pound weight, ignoring friction, the force you need to pull is approximately 25 pounds.

Can the cable pulley system be used by multiple people at the same time?

Yes, our F22 Pro cable pulley system is the dual cable pulley system, and it does support multiple users at the same time. Additionally, the Pro version upgrades the original pulleys to high-quality aluminum pulleys for improved performance.

Can the J-Hook accommodate a 4ft barbell?

We are sorry that you cannot, but we recommend using an Olympic barbell that is over 6.6ft in length.
