Membership Classes

Evening Group Cycling: A fun high-intensity indoor cycling class that is designed to help you develop strength and endurance while burning fat and toning your body.  In this class the instructor will simulate resting, sprinting, and uphill climbing periods while listening to quick music which will help you push yourself to your cardiovascular limit.  You'll do a great workout on the bike that will leave you ready for a meal, a shower, and sleep!

Bootcamp:  This class consists of a full body work out which includes cardio, weights, balls, mats, and ground base movements with the trainer.  You will experience a lot of fun with the other participants and it will also help you achieve your fitness goals in a team environment.

Ab Attack: A class not for the faint of heart.  Every class is a mixture of indoor cycling, weights, and cardio all designed to burn fat and target the core.  This is one of the toughest classes we offer.

Zumba: Fuses hypnotic latin rhythems as easy to follow moves to create a dynamic cardio dance class that will blow you away. Each class will feature a high energy and calorie burning tour of the world. Some styles include Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Cha-Cha, Swing, Bollywood and more.

FITCamp: This is a 75 minute bootcamp-style class that is designed to give you a total-body workout. We will do cardio, weight-training, core strengthening, stretching, and balance exercises. We use all the toys and tools available to give you a total workout. Come prepared to sweat it out. We will vary the style of the classes from time to time and also employ the interval training technique where you will move from station to station.

Full-Body Pump: A choreography free cardio session lasting 30 minutes, followed by strength training and core work which incorporates weights and stability ball. The session finishes with a comprehensive stretching segment.

Intense Pilates: This class is intended for those who have some experience with Pilates.  The class starts with a 15-minute cardio warm-up and is followed by a challenging 60 minutes of Pilates. A full-on Core workout. The instructor will be are incorporating some Gentle and Power Yoga into this class.

Core Stengthening/Pilates: This class will challenge your core with intensity. We will employ some Pilates principales and various othe techniques to stimulate your core developement. Various tools such as stability balls, hand weights and balls will be incorparated into the class as well. 

Wake Up Cardio (All Levels): Come and kick start your Sunday with a cardio workout that is geared to what everyone is up for on a Sunday morning. Cardio aerobic moves will get your heart pumping! The class will also incorporate some weight training activities into the class. Come and wake up with us!

Cardio with Weights (Intense):  This class is an intense cardio workout where we use light weights on and off throughout the class to increase the intensity.  This class will also incorporate some dance flair to keep those keep and hearts pumping.

Core Strengthening/Pilates (All Levels): This class is designted to improve yhour core strength using a range of techniques which include some Pilates, body weight exercises, body balance challenges and slow-controlled movements to activate all of your core fibers!! We will use various ttoys and tools such as the stability ball, hand weights and small balls.

Hatha Fusion Yoga: An hour of classical and vigorous yoga that works the whole body.  With elements of core and upperbody strenghtening, balance, and poses to stretch and stabilize the muscles of the body, this hour will make you sweat and leave ready to enjoy a gentle final relaxation.
