Group Fitness Classes

All the classes below are included with your gym membership!

Cardio Pump: Raise your heart rate and your metabolic rate in this 60 minute workout combining low impact aerobics with targeted weight training. Participants will enjoy the benefits of cardiovascular conditioning, and muscle conditioning in a safe, challenging class.

Spinning: A fun high-intensity indoor cycling class that is designed to help you develop strength and endurance while burning fat and toning your body.  In this class the instructor will simulate resting, sprinting, and uphill climbing periods while listening to quick music which will help you push yourself to your cardiovascular limit.

Pilates for Everyone: This class begins with a 15 minutes of cardio warm-up to get your muscles ready for 45 minutes of Pilates.  All fitness levels will benefit from this class as we work to improve your Core strength to stretch your major muscle groups

Full-Body Bootcamp: Recharge your work out routine with this interval training class that will give you a full body workout.  Each participant spends 1 minute at each fitness station and works at their own pace.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels and provides a variety of ways to work out all the muscle groups and provides Cardio, Resistance, and Flexibility Training.

Cardio/Pilates Combo: Kick-start your Sunday with a combination of 45 minutes of cardio/weights followed by 45 minutes of Pilates.  This class is intended for all fitness levels, and will improve your overall fitness level.

Zumba: Fuses hypnotic latin rhythems as easy to follow moves to create a dynamic cardio dance class that will blow you away. Each class will feature a high energy and calorie burning tour of the world. Some styles include Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Cha-Cha, Swing, Bollywood and more.

Full-Body Pump: A choreography free cardio session lasting 30 minutes, followed by strength training and core work which incorporates weights and stability ball. The session finishes with a comprehensive stretching segment.

Advanced Pilates: This class is intended for those who have some experience with Pilates.  The class starts with a 15-minute cardio warm-up and is followed by a challenging 45 minutes of Pilates. A full-on Core workout.

Pilates: All fitness levels will benefit from this class as we work to improve your Core strength to stretch your major muscle groups, balls, bands, and weights may be used in this routine.

Yoga: This invigorating class consists of basic poses from Hatha and Power Yoga.

Bootcamp

Extreme Bootcamp: Extreme Bootcamp is a paid program that we offer at Glebe Fitness.  It consists of a full body work out which includes cardio, weights, balls, mats, and ground base movements with the trainer.  You will experience a lot of fun with the other participants and it will also help you achieve your fitness goals in a team environment.

Express Bootcamp: Express Bootcamp is a paid program that we offer at Glebe Fitness.  This is the ideal bootcamp for busy individuals that need to balance their busy schedules and their need to achieve and maintain their fitness goals.  This is a high intensity bootcamp that makes sure that you get a fullbody workout in half an hour.
