Since no one likes to spend time waiting for equipment at the gym, we have a limited membership number. This limited number allows us to ensure that you have little to no wait time for equipment. The quicker your workout is, the more likely it is that you'll keep working out. An added benefit is that the facility is cleaner, fresher, and less cluttered.

We're proud to welcome David Lee to our team of elite personal trainers. As an introductory offer you're welcome to a free fitness and bio-analysis. Going to gyms feels like being back in high school again. Awkward. We know, we've all been there. So, we're going to do our best to make sure you feel comfortable. Don't like big smelly crowds? If you're a beginner or feel shy in the gym, we've got great classes in a private setting that will give you a great workout. We've got a diverse combination of classes. Everything from Ab Attack to Zumba (ha! a pun!). Oh and Yoga. Check out the class list below.
If you're into the weightroom stuff, we've got a very good set up. Everything you need and no wait times for equipment. Great for supersetting. Bench. Smith. Rack. DB's to 110. Flat and incline on bench. No decline; working on it but you can use the rack so who cares. Not exactly code. If you understand. This is your place.
If cardio is your preference...well all I can say is little to no wait times for equipment is great when its and in out affair. Finally, a gym where there is no judgement.
